Nicole Mastrippolito Bach App Sci (HMS) AEP MESSA

Nicole is an Exercise Physiologist at Coordinated Fitness and has been working in the industry since completing her degree in 2010. She graduated from The University of Queensland completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement Studies) majoring in Exercise Science. Since then she has received accreditation from Exercise and Sport Science Australia to practice as an Exercise Physiologist.
Nicole’s education and experience have provided her with the skills to develop exercise programs that are suitable for her client’s ability, needs and goals. During her studies, she gained superior knowledge and understanding of how different types of exercise can help prevent and manage chronic health conditions. Her aim is to improve the overall quality of life of these individuals through different strength, core stability, balance and coordination exercises, alongside her continual encouragement and support.
She has developed a particular interest in this clientele base, especially the elderly population who face the challenges of osteoporosis. With the help of Tanya, she has created ‘The Healthy Bones, Healthy Balance’ falls prevention program to assist these individuals in improving their balance, increasing their strength and decreasing their risk of osteoporosis and the fractures that can occur because of it.
