Why Coordinated Fitness are different to Personal Trainers?
Coordinated Fitness are different to personal trainers as our staff are Accredited Exercise Physiologists. This means our staff have undertaken a four year tertiary degree where they have studied different forms of exercise and the effect this exercise has on health conditions. They have also learnt how to develop exercise programs for different conditions, populations and sports. The training methods used by Accredited Exercise Physiologists are evidence based from research.

What would I expect to do in my session?
Within your session you will be completing exercises initially which strengthen areas that need improvement. We would try to assist any postural instabilities which exist and then build your strength and fitness program from where you are at. The sessions are at your level and seek to challenge you though we will be with you to make sure you have fun.
What if I have a health problem but want to start exercising?
There is no need to worry our highly trained and friendly staff have the experience to assist and support any clients with health concerns such as;

- A towel
- Comfortable shoes and clothes
- Completed Questionnaires
- A list of any medications and dosages you are currently taking
- Any referral information from your doctor or health professional
- Any x-rays from injured sites you may be consulting with Coordinated Fitness for
- If you have access to recent medical information which would be helpful. If not, our Exercise Physiologists can arrange to get information we need from your doctor with your permission
