These statistics are concerning many health and government agencies with the population of Australia aging it is thought the number of falls will increase in the future costing the nation millions of dollars every year.
Type II Diabetes Course
No Out of Pocket Expense – Type II Diabetes Course Starting Wednesday 24th August 2011 at 11am.
This program will be facilitated by a Diabetes Educator, Exercise Physiologist and Dietitian
The course will run for 5 consecutive weeks and be bulk billed through Medicare by the providers.
