Sessions are either forty minutes or one hour depending on your needs.
Group Sessions
These sessions are designed to encourage clients to gain motivation from other members of the group. The sessions are still specific to your needs but you can draw motivation from other members of the group. These sessions are held at Langlands Memorial Pool in a supportive environment.
You will experience the benefits of exercising in a group session where everyone pushes you along. Your session is fully monitored and you set your pace but the group and the trainers are there to give you that little push we all need.
