How Coordinated Fitness works

Getting started with Coordinated is very easy and flexible. You choose how your program works, how often you train and whether you take part in a group or individual session. The easiest way to determine your needs is to start with our comprehensive health assessment to determine your current level of fitness and assess your goals.
