Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Programs
Coordinated Fitness's Exercise Physiologists are registered with Work Cover Queensland meaning we can handle the physical rehabilitation of your workers after injury.
Coordinated Fitness's Exercise Physiologists are accredited with the Australia Association for Exercise and Sports Science and registered with Work Cover Queensland to assist workers after they have been injured. Currently Coordinated Fitness has assisted many workers with our rehabilitation and return to work programs. We can assist your staff if they are injured at work with our holistic approach to rehabilitation.
Strength & Conditioning
Coordinated Fitness is a health training business that has developed programs focused on improving athlete's physical capabilities in order to enhance their sporting performance.
All of the staff associated with Coordinated Fitness are tertiary qualified Exercise Physiologists and have experience in training athletes to enhance their sporting performance.
Coordinated Fitness design strength and conditioning programs based on an extensive screening and postural analysis to determine the strengths and weakness of the athlete.
All of the programs that are completed by the athletes are fully monitored and are updated every six weeks. This process allows a progressive overload to the program meaning the athletes will continue to improve hence assisting with their sporting performance.
Within Coordinated Fitness's strengthen and conditioning we have specific programs for:
- Tennis players
- Swimmers
- Cricketers
- Netballers
- Waterpolo players
But we are not limited to these sports as we are constantly completing research on other sports to continue to develop advanced strength and conditioning programs.

Medicare Inclusion - EPCP
If you have a chronic health condition it is possible for you to take advantage of up to 5 exercise physiology sessions with Coordinated Fitness and receive a rebate from Medicare of $46.80. You need to be referred by you General Practitioner (GP) with a Medicare Care Plan (EPCP). Your GP will determine the number of sessions you require under your Medicare Care Plan.
Once you finish your sessions you can still train with Coordinated Fitness and these options will be discussed with you in your final session.
