Coordinated Fitness offer a large range of services to suit your needs

Personal Training

Our personal training sessions take the guess work out of your exercise. Our experienced trainers provide you with the session, motivation and encouragement to reach your goals. The sessions are designed specifically around you and your needs so you gain the most out of your training and reach your goals sooner. Sessions are either forty minutes or one hour depending on your needs.

Small Groups

These sessions are designed to encourage clients to gain motivation from other members of the group. The sessions are still specific to your needs but you can draw motivation from other members of the group. These sessions are held at our Greenslopes location and the environment is personal and friendly. You will see the results whilst meeting new people to help you on your journey to reaching your new lifestyle.

Fitness Groups - Timetable

You will experience the benefits of exercising in a group session where everyone pushes you along. Your session is fully monitored and you set your pace but the group and the trainers are there to give you that little push we all need. Medicare – Enhanced Primary Care Programs

Under the Medicare – Enhanced Primary Care Program people with specific health conditions and risk factors can have 5 sessions covered by allied health professionals. Exercise Physiology is one of those services. Out of your service fee you will receive $46.80 back from Medicare

These health conditions are:

  • Diabetes
  • Osteoporosis
  • Stroke
  • Arthritis
  • Cardiac Conditions
  • Obesity
  • Hypertension
  • High Cholesterol
  • Depression
  • Cancer
  • Chronic Pain and muscle and joint problems

Sessions Structure

Sessions generally have the following components:

Warm up – to ensure the body is moving fluently and ready to commence the session

Cardiovascular conditioning – is used to burn fat and improve your aerobic capacity

Functional weight training – is used to challenge the body to improve strength whilst focusing on maintaining posture. It also boosts your metabolism, improves, muscle, bone, tendon and ligament strength

Stretching – is used to improve flexibility and lengthen the muscle after a workout

Health Assessments

Your health assessment will include:

  • Health Screen
  • Postural Assessment
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Waist and Hip Measurements
  • Skin Folds (if you want them done)
  • Goal Setting
  • Nutritional Assessment
  • Lifestyle Assessment
